Picklo Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Picklo platform. It applies to business owners who create Picklo accounts and to end customers who place orders through Picklo-powered order forms.
Business accounts: We collect your name, email address, business details, and payment method information (via Stripe, we do not store full card numbers). Customer data submitted through order forms: We store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and order details on behalf of the business using Picklo. We also collect usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.
We use the information we collect to: operate and improve the Picklo platform; send order confirmation and reminder emails; process subscription billing; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Picklo uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Stripe (payment processing, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy); Resend (transactional email delivery); Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure, hosted in data centres that comply with applicable security standards). We ensure that all third-party processors handle data appropriately.
All data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure operated by Supabase. We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless you request immediate deletion. You can export all your data at any time from your settings page.
Picklo uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and understand how the platform is being used. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. Essential session cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled while using the service.
Under Australian privacy law and applicable regulations, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your data; and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@usepicklo.com.
If you are a customer who has placed an order through a Picklo-powered order form, your data is held on behalf of the business that runs that form. Please contact that business directly for questions about your order data. If you cannot reach them, contact us at hello@usepicklo.com and we will assist.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account holders by email before material changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
