These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Picklo ("Service"), operated by Picklo Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Victoria, Australia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Picklo provides a platform that enables small businesses to accept customer orders, manage pickup logistics, and collect payment through Stripe. We are not responsible for the products or services offered by businesses using Picklo.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Picklo is offered on a subscription basis with monthly billing. A 30-day free trial is available to new accounts. After the trial, you will be charged at the rate of your chosen plan. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Picklo uses Stripe to process payments on your order forms. By using payment features you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store full card details. Picklo does not take a percentage of your sales. You pay Stripe's standard processing fees directly.
You must not use Picklo to sell illegal goods or services, deceive customers, send spam, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Picklo (product names, photos, descriptions). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to display and transmit it as necessary to provide the Service. Picklo's software, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property.
We handle your data and your customers' data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including the Australian Privacy Act 1988) with respect to the customer data you collect through Picklo.
You can cancel your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your order form goes offline. Your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless you request immediate deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picklo's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
